Medical Student Observers
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health pre-clinical observations/job shadows are available. They are approved by the individual departments based on the availability at your requested time.
- Work with the individual department to identify a host.
- Once a host has been identified, have the host contact:
- For VMMC: HR support services for observer packet
- For VMFH: Volunteer services office at [email protected].
- Complete necessary packet paperwork and work closely with the “host” to make further arrangements for the experience.
