Electronic Medical Staff Hotline

Welcome to the St. Joseph Medical Center (SJMC) electronic medical staff hotline. This serves as the one-stop-shop for members of the SJMC medical staff to:

1. Report patient incidents, visitor/security incidents or employee injuries in IRIS.
2. Access Epic support information.
3. Ask questions, relay suggestions/concerns or leave comments for our medical staff leadership.

This tool will ensure that you are routed to the appropriate platform based on your communication needs and ensure that your communication is sent to the appropriate department/service line leadership at SJMC when concerns, comments, suggestions, or questions are brought forward.

To leave a voicemail on the medical staff hotline, please call 253-426-6398. The Medical Staff Hotline is not answered, it is a voicemail box that is checked once a day at 7:30 a.m., Monday-Friday.
