Virginia Mason is a sustainable health care leader. We focus on doing the right thing for our patients - providing the highest quality care while reducing cost, enhancing health, preventing environmental illness, and preserving the natural environment for future generations.

Our award-winning environmental stewardship initiative, EnviroMason, is fully supported — from senior leadership to our team members. It empowers every one of us to reduce our environmental impact in every aspect of our daily work. The Virginia Mason Production System helps us identify and implement waste reduction measures. Our Green Team, made up of members from around the organization, supports — and often inspires — these efforts.
