Ingrid Gerbino, MD

Dr. Ingrid Gerbino’s responsibilities include creating the organization’s innovation strategy and oversight for the strategic vision and continued development of the Virginia Mason Institute and the Kaizen Promotion Office. Since 2016, she has been Chief for the Department of Primary Care at Virginia Mason and continues to practice general internal medicine. Dr. Gerbino, who joined Virginia Mason in 1995, has served in various medical leadership roles. She has extensive experience with the Virginia Mason Production System (VMPS), including completing a Kaizen Fellowship program and has served as senior physician faculty for the Virginia Mason Institute.
