Congregational Health Ministries Network is a partnership of local congregations from many denominations within the Virginia Mason Franciscan Health service area of King, Pierce, and Kitsap counties, working together to minister to the health needs of individuals in their congregations and communities. Through dedicated faith community nurses and health ministers, faith communities like yours share experiences, gain continuing education, and support one another as we work to carry out our mission of wholistic health and healing throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Begin by contacting our Congregational Health Ministries Coordinator! We’d love to meet you, and learn more about your calling to faith community nursing and health ministry. Our Coordinator and you will explore more about your and your congregation’s readiness to commit to a health ministry, discuss the required educational requirement (Foundations of Faith Community Nursing or Health Minister Certification course) and active engagement in our Network (through monthly Network meetings, documentation of health ministry activities, and other opportunities for special projects and activities).
