Deepak Devasthali, President, St. Anne Hospital, and interim President at St. Elizabeth Hospital, brings a remarkable track record of leadership to the hospital and communities of Burien. He is passionate about collaborating with his colleagues to deliver high quality, cost-effective care and exceptional patient experience.

Before joining Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in 2022, Deepak led hospital operations within a major West coast-based health system. Prior to, he served as a Navy Medical Service Corps Officer for over 12 years, holding several strategic roles including Director of Managed Care and Health Information Management, Human Resources Leader and Chief Administrative Officer.

Deepak is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and his Master of Science in Public Health. He is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and has served on bases in Washington, California, Tennessee, Texas and Japan.
