Cafeteria and food services

Café

Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week
St. Anne Hospital’s cafeteria is located on the fourth floor of the Birch Building. Cold foods, snacks, and drinks are available anytime during regular hours of operation; hot meals are served 6:30–10 a.m., 11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. and 4–7 p.m.

Espresso bar and vending

An espresso bar is located in the Galleria area on the fourth floor of the Birch Building and is open, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. Vending machines are located in the Galleria and the Emergency Services department lobby on the fifth floor.

Lost and found

Lost and found items are taken to the hospital’s environmental services office located on 2 Alder. Call 206-244-9970 ext. 5191 for information.

Parking

Free parking is provided for patients and visitors in the designated parking areas. Security officers are available upon request to escort visitors and others to their vehicles. If you’d like an escort, please ask a nurse to contact security.

Visiting hours

Family and friends are recognized as being beneficial in the healing and recovery of hospitalized patients. We encourage visiting that promotes rest, comfort, and patient wellbeing. Visitors should consider a patient’s privacy and emotional and health care needs.

Guest limits

Please keep the following guidelines in mind when you have visitors:

  • One visitor per patient per stay
  • Exceptions will be approved by the physician or nurse
  • No children under the age of 12 are allowed in the Critical Care unit
  • Nursing staff may, at any time, ask visitors to leave based on the patient's clinical status and/or activity that hinders the ability to deliver patient care

Visitor hours

  • Monday - Friday: 5 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  • Saturday - Sunday: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Wi-Fi/cell phones

Patients and visitors with laptops and smart devices will find fast, convenient, and free broadband service in the Emergency Services department, cafeterias, and select waiting areas. Users should note that the connection is not encrypted and users assume all responsibility for access. Cell phones may be used inside the hospital so long as their use does not disrupt patient care or the care environment.
