Amanda Cushen was born and raised in the South Puget Sound region and proudly calls Tacoma home. She received her PharmD from the University of Washington School of Pharmacy and has clinical interests in critical care and oncology, with a special focus on geriatric pharmacy practice. Amanda finds joy in being outside, golfing, camping, traveling to unique wine tasting destinations with her husband, and trying new restaurants in the area. Through residency, Amanda looks forward to growing her clinical skills as a pharmacist and serving her community.
Bianca Flores was born in the Philippines, and raised in San Francisco, California. She received her Bachelor's in Biology from San Jose State University and completed her PharmD at Pacific University, Oregon. Her clinical interests include oncology, NICU, and medication safety. In her free time, Bianca enjoys trying new coffee shops, playing board games with friends, and hanging out with her two cats. Bianca is grateful for the opportunity to continue her pharmacy journey at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, continue to challenge herself, and build upon her clinical knowledge.
Chris de las Alas was born in Michigan and lived in both Wisconsin and New York while growing up. In 2019, he moved to Oregon, later enrolling in the Oregon State University / Oregon Health & Sciences University College of Pharmacy where he earned his PharmD. His current clinical interests include critical care and emergency medicine. In his free time, Chris enjoys hobbies ranging from skiing and playing soccer, to working on his car and spending time with his friends and family. Chris is excited for the opportunity to learn from everyone in the Virginia Mason Franciscan Health system over the following year as he works to expand his baseline knowledge and hone his clinical skills.
Christopher Ridner was born and raised in Puyallup, Washington and earned his B.S. in Biology at Washington State university prior to completing his PharmD at Pacific University School of Pharmacy. His current clinical interests include oncology, critical care, and emergency medicine. When he has free time, he enjoys playing video games with friends, surfing, and riding his motorcycle whenever it isn't raining. Chris is grateful for this opportunity to continue his clinical training and grow his clinical skills with the Virginia Mason Franciscan Health team.
Kyler Croskrey completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas Tech University and went on to complete her PharmD at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy. Her current clinical interests include ambulatory care and neonatal intensive care. Outside of residency, she enjoys traveling, taking indoor cycling classes and spending time with her dog and cat. Kyler is excited to continue to enhance her clinical skills and knowledge and kick start her professional career at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health!
Olga Belavus was born in Belarus and immigrated to Spokane, Washington at the age of five, where she was raised. She obtained her B.S. in Biology from Eastern Washington University in 2020 and her PharmD from Washington State University College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2024. Her current clinical interests include emergency medicine, critical care and infectious disease. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball and tennis, taking long walks, attending Seattle Kraken games, spending time with friends and family, and reading. She is excited about the opportunity to grow as a clinical pharmacist and contribute to the Virginia Mason Franciscan Health System.
