The ideal applicant will be someone who has a broader perspective on the changing health care needs in a complex health care environment. They will appreciate the rapidly changing demographics of our communities and the needs that are unique to these communities. They will not only recognize but embrace these differences and tailor health care delivery to accommodate these needs. They will be team players who are not only willing to learn but be willing to teach other learners and serve as mentors. Such characteristics will be actively sought out during our interviews.

Prior track record of academic performance, research participation and teaching capabilities will be considered as well in the overall assessment of the candidate.  Diversity, equity, and inclusion are highly valued by our organization and will be encouraged.
