The neurodivergent-friendly Allied Healthcare Academy is the first-of-its-kind program in the nation designed to offer individuals from diverse backgrounds—including those with neurodivergent needs—a chance to pursue rewarding careers in health care.

The Diverse Workforce Pathways (DWP) Program is an initiative designed to create equitable opportunities for underrepresented middle and high school students to explore careers in health care. By offering immersive experiences, mentorship, and skills-based training, the program aims to connect students with health care professionals, inspire interest in health care careers, and develop the next generation of culturally competent caregivers.

The Student Healthcare Career Exploration Program provides middle and high school students with an opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to the healthcare field through structured observation and hands-on learning experiences.
