Global IT Outage

Some facilities across Virginia Mason Franciscan Health have been affected by the global IT outage affecting computer systems that was caused by a third party software update.

All of our clinic and hospital locations remain open; however, some scheduled appointments may be impacted. Patients will be contacted directly if their appointments are affected.
