Digestive Disease Fellowship

Digestive Disease Fellowship Opportunities

In addition to 115 medical, surgical, radiology, and anesthesiology residents at Virginia Mason, the Digestive Disease Institute partners with the Cancer Institute and the Gastroenterology and Surgery Departments to offer multiple postgraduate medical training programs. Lasting one to two years, these fellowships are like no others in the country, providing exposure to a breadth of digestive disease diagnoses and treatments.

Fellowships at the Digestive Disease Institute – a multidisciplinary, high-volume clinical practice that is the leader in digestive disease care in the Pacific Northwest – provide the opportunity to significantly increase skills needed to perform complex procedures safely and effectively, and are unparalleled opportunities for physicians who have already completed an internal medicine residency to learn and gain protected time for clinical research.
